This tire ranks absolutely first in our list. It is the undisputed best tire for wet braking and mileage. While it does come with a hefty price tag, it brings great value. It also comes with a superior performance over life time over its competitors.

2. Continental Comfort 6 CC6

2nd place was a tough choice between TripleMax 2 vs CC6. However we decided to go with CC6 as it has superior noise performance couple with strong mileage. This tire cost slots in between the XM2+ and TripleMax 2. Definitely worth a try if you hate noise 🙂

3. Goodyear Assurance TripleMax 2

3rd place goes to Goodyear TripleMax 2 with its good wet braking performance. Mileage wise its within the mid range level which can be acceptable. TripleMax2 is slightly cheaper the CC6 but it is certainly not in the price range of XM2+.

4. Bridgestone Ecopia EP300

The last of the premium tire ranking goes to Bridgestone Ecopia EP300. This tire does not have the wet braking & mileage in comparison to the other 3 tires. It does however comes with an attractive price & has good fuel efficiency.
